Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist – 2nd shift

Hours worked 2:30pm to 11:00pm

15% Shift Differential added for hours worked.

Job Description: Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for fast paced, prioritization and processing of cGMP related documentation to support manufacturing, release of finished goods to market. This may include the preparation Annual Product Reviews and/or Complaint Files. The candidate will also responsible for promoting and enforcing cGMP’s throughout the company.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: • Processing and review of cGMP documentation, including batch record for release of manufactured goods to market. • Preparation and review of Annual Product Reviews • Perform and Investigate Complaint Files • Perform internal audits • Promote and enforce cGMP procedures throughout the company • Identify and/or resolve quality issues/discrepancies with others in a proactive, diplomatic, and flexible manner. • Perform all other assigned tasks as required and assigned by Quality Assurance Management

Qualifications/Attributes: • Strong knowledge and application of of cGMP principles. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Project management experience: • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Must be detail oriented, with great communication and investigative skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Computer literacy required with proficiency in Microsoft Office • independently understand, follow, and implement instructions. • Have the ability to evaluate issues, make decisions and determine when to escalate, as necessary.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a science or related field of study or High School diploma with relevant cGMP experience. We do not cover relocation expenses.
